| Delivery We now ship to CANADA! Special shipping rates will apply. Contact us for current rates! Our choice in shipping method is via UPS Ground or USPS. Please note that for UPS ground we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We must have a physical address to ship your ordered merchandise. All Bridal collections will be shipped UPS. All orders are shipped from our Studio: Please allow additional time for all wedding flowers. These items are hand made in our Studio. Custom Bridal sets and collections will ship within 2-4 weeks (Peak season 3-6 weeks) from time order was placed (order early). Order early! At least 3 months before your wedding day. If you have questions regarding our Studio Designed Silk Bouquets please contact us. Vienna's Flowers is not responsible for delays in transit. ALL Silk Hair FLowers are shipped via Priority Mail Returns At Vienna’s Flowers, our goal is to offer the finest products available at the most desirable prices. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to offer you a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). We do not offer refunds on: custom silk flower designs Wedding pet collars Silk Hair Flowers Clearance items *Return Policy If you received your purchase(s) damaged due to “rough” handling, simply contact us within 2 days of receiving your item(s) or your claim may not be honored. All Returns must be accompanied with an RMA# (Return of Merchandise Authorization number) and received in our Returns Dept. within 30 days- Bridal Bouquets must be returned within 5 days, from the date you received your purchase. It must be unused and in its original shipping condition and box. If our Returns Dept. receives your item (s) and it is not in re-sellable condition, we cannot issue a refund. We suggest you insure your return so it will be covered if damages occur in transit. Please follow the simple steps below to ensure you receive your refund: #1. Contact us by clicking the “contact us” link with your request for an RMA# and state your reason for return and the 'order #' associated with the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive your return request, we will email you a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You will receive detailed instructions in the email on how to properly return your merchandise. Your item(s) will not be refunded if returned without an RMA#. #2. Once you have received your RMA# and instructions -which can easily be printed, please include it on the inside of the original shipping box along with item(s) being returned. This will ensure proper and faster processing when received by our Returns Dept. Please note: ~We cannot refund silk flower pet collars or silk hair flowers ~ Vienna's Flowers does not offer refunds on return postage costs. ~ We cannot refund items that are received back to us damaged or visibly used. ~ We do not offer refunds on custom silk bridal bouquets and custom silk wedding flowers -no exceptions. *By purchasing merchandise from Vienna’s Flowers you accept and agree with the terms listed in our Return Policy. |
