Availability
Although we carry a large stock of silk florals, ribbon, and bridal accents, certain products shown in our site may
become unavailable due to backorder or, the manufacturer has simply discontinued the item. In almost all cases, we
are successful with providing a substitute of equal or greater value. Vienna's Flowers reserves the right to make
these substitutions. You will be notified if your flowers, ribbon, or accents will be substituted, and given the option to
continue or cancel your order.
Cancellations
At Vienna's Flowers our goal is to make you happy, so we understand that unforeseen circumstances may happen
which will require you to cancel your silk wedding flower order. Please note that you must cancel your order before
production has started on them. Production usually starts within 1-2 weeks from when you placed your deposit. Your
40% deposit will not be refunded.
Rush Fees
You may be charged a rush fee if you need your wedding flowers delivered by a certain date. Rush fee charges will
be 10% of your order sub-total, but if under $150 a fee of $15 will be assessed. We advise that you order early so you
will not pay a rush fee. This fee allows us to push the creation of your flowers to the front of the production line.
