| Q: Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me? A: No. Our catalog is online, right here in our website! We are continually adding and removing items so a catalog would 'expire' quickly. It would not be fair for you to desire an item that may not be available anymore. Q: How do I place an order? A: To place an order, please contact us by phone or email and one of our representatives will assist you with your purchase. We accept Visa/ MasterCard or money order. Sorry, no checks or COD's. Q: Can I customize my bridal bouquet? A: Absolutely! Simply contact us and we'll work with you to achieve the lifelike silk bouquet of your dreams! Q: There is a certain flower that I want in my bouquet but I don't see it in your website. Can you still create my custom bouquet with that flower? A: Yes! We stock several flowers that are not shown in our website. Just tell us what flowers you want and we can email you a picture for your approval. If you need a flower that we do not stock, no need to worry, we can easily order it from one of our many manufacturers! (A fee will apply if we out source a certain flower) Q: How will I know if I'll like my custom bouquet? A: At Vienna's Flowers we want our customers to be more that satisfied with their purchase. That is why we have a one on one consultation with you to crunch out the details! Before we ship any custom bouquet, we will email you a picture for your approval. If you decide that there is something you would like modified, we will do so at that time. Q: How do you ship my silk wedding flowers? A: We pack your silk wedding flowers very carefully with tissue and sometimes packing 'peanuts'. Certain products come in it's own individual box such as our hair flowers, corsages & boutonnières, etc. Q: Is my credit card information safe? A: Yes! We use 128bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for all our credit card transactions. Your personal information is held in the highest standard in safety and security. We will never disclose your personal information to a third party, other than to ship your silk wedding flowers. |
